PRE-ORDERS

If you placed an order that contained pre-order items the entire order will ship when everything becomes available to ship. Pre-order dates are tentative and not guaranteed as delays can happen. If you paid for expedited shipping, that transit time applies from the date everything comes in stock and ships out.

How long does shipping take?

Transit times vary based on your location and the shipping method you chose at checkout. Economy shipping takes 4-8 business days within the USA. International orders take 10-30 days depending on the option selected. Faster options are available for an additional cost.

How much is shipping?

Continental USA: Orders over $60 receive free economy shipping. AK/HI/PR/other territories: Shipping is $10 for orders under $100 and shipping is free for orders over $100. Canada: Orders over $75 USD receive free international shipping (subject to duties and other fees by your local government). Australia and the rest of the world: Shipping is calculated at checkout.

My order arrived damaged

When will my order ship out?

All in-stock orders ship out within 48 business hours (M-F).

My order is missing.

We are so sorry! Our goal as a company is to make sure every single order makes it out the door, travels safely, and arrives on time. Sometimes things happen out of our control that can delay your order while in-transit. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 7-days please contact customer service at sales@brumate.com and someone can assist you further in tracking down that missing order for you!

My order says delivered but it hasn't arrived.

Occasionally your mail carrier will accidentally mark things as delivered before they actually make it to their final destination. Generally, if an item says it was delivered but hasn't shown up yet it will arrive within 48 business hours. If it has been more than 7 days since your order said delivered and the package still hasn't shown please email sales@brumate.com and we can open a case with your carrier to see what the deal is!

I was charged duties on a delivery.

🍺 What size can does the Hopsulator TRíO fit?

The Hopsulator TRíO is the most versatile can cooler on the planet. It fits all US, standard sized 16oz cans, comes with an adapter for standard 12oz cans, and includes a lid so you can use it as a pint glass

🍺 What size cans does the Hopsulator Slim fit?

The Hopsulator Slim fits any and all 12oz slim style cans (Red Bull, White Claw, Truly, Michelob Ultra, etc)! You can learn more here.

Yes! All of our products work with cold and warm beverages.

You can purchase replacement parts for most of our products here.

🍺 Isn't this a bit excessive for keeping beer cold?

If you have ever drank a beer outside in the heat than you know the answer to this question. Warm beer sucks and we are here to end it.

Uncork'd 14oz Wine Glass

 Do your products work with champagne or bubbly?

Absolutely! While our products work fine with bubbly champagnes or beverages and will keep them ice-cold, they do not retain the carbonation any longer than a standard glass would.

 Can your products be used with warm beverages?

Yes! All of our products work with cold and warm beverages.

 How many ounces do your wine glasses hold?

They hold 14oz - over 1/2 a bottle of wine!

 Can this be used with red wine and white wine?

Yes! Our wine glasses MAINTAIN the perfect temperature of your wine. Like it cold? We have you covered. Want to keep your red wine at room temperature in 90' heat? We can do that too!

 How do I clean it?

Our products are not dishwasher safe and should be hand-washed only. Our Uncork'd series can easily be cleaned by rinsing with hot water and dish soap and then rinsing until the water runs clear and soap free.

 How do I clean the lid?

The entire lid is dishwasher safe. If you need to clean under the slider you can do so by turning the lid upside down and pushing the two tabs inwards to remove the sliding portion and clean underneath.

 Can I put it in the fridge or freezer?

How do I clean it?

Our products are not dishwaser safe. To clean your flask, fill it half-way with hot water, add one teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda, shake vigorously for 30 seconds, and rinse with warm water until it runs clear.

GROWL'R

How many hours will the GROWL'R keep things cold for?

We avertise 24+ hours but we have seen the GROWL'R maintain cold temperatures for over 2 full days!

How do I use it?

Go to your favorite brewery, get it filled with your favorite beer, enjoy over 24 hours of cooling power! You can also pour a glass growler from your fridge to the GROWL'R if you already have beer on hand!

Is it brewery approved?

Yes! The GROWL'R is brewery approved.

What is the capacity?

The GROWL'R fits over 64oz of beer

Does it maintain carbonation?

Once the seal is broken on a growler you typically have 12 hours to drink it. The same goes for the GROWL'R.

Can it be used for other cold beverages?

Yes! It will keep anything cold for over 24 hours.

Can I put this in the fridge or freezer?

I ordered the glitter series but it doesn't look like the pictures.

Holographic glitter paint needs sunlight to reflect. Take your brand-new glass out in the sun and prepare to be amazed!

My wine glass is wobbly

See that silicone piece on the bottom of your glass? Sometimes if that sticks out too far it will cause your wine glass to wobble. If you remove your lid, turn the glass upside down, take a hammer / rubber mallet and lightly tap the pad once it will take care of this problem.

My Winesulator is leaking

Oh no! Have you tried making sure that the lid is fully tightened? If so, please email sales@brumate.com and explain the situation so an agent can get you taken care of

My products aren't keeping things cold

You can test the insulation of your products at home with boiling water. Pour from a kettle or pot directly into the stationary flask or tumbler, filling it all the way to the neck. Exercise caution pouring boiling water into the flask or tumbler to avoid burns. Do not hold the flask or tumbler while filling with boiling water. Also, do not place the cap over the flask or tumbler. After about 5 minutes, feel the outside of the flask or tumbler. If you feel any hot spots, the insulation has been compromised and you are eligible for a replacement. Email sales@brumate.com if your product failed this test.

My Hopsulator TRíO doesn't fit 12oz Coors Cans

We hate when this happens! Coors uses a really odd-shaped 12oz can so it doesn't fit properly. Their 16oz cans and aluminum bottles work perfectly, though!

My product is rattling when I move it around.

The rattle you hear is a small metal disc that sits between the double wall of your flask and aids in the vacuum insulation process. Sometimes the disc becomes dislodged, creating a small noise or rattle. This will not affect the insulation or structural integrity of your flask. If you can live with it, so can we. However, if it is an annoyance, we will exchange it for a new flask.
